Here is a good version of frogger you can play for free, submitted courtesy of neave games. They also have other titles like tetris, pacman, and even simon. They have managed to re-create the original quite well, as this featursall the classic gameplay and original controls.

The purpose of frogger is for you to get your frogs across the rivers and roads back to their homes, which are the lily pads. You can ride on the backs of turtles to help you along your journey. Just make sure you don't get hit by those cars or trucks on your way across the screen...especially watch for bulldozers!
